We're considerate of the fact that shared, part-time and even sometimes volunteer resources will be assigned the responsibility for managing your web site and member communications. So we take special care to ensure each stakeholder has a solid grasp and understanding of how the site is organized and constructed, thereby reducing anxiety associated with managing it on your own.
Once the project has been clearly defined, we begin the process of mapping the site and enabling intuitive navigation. This is of primary importance to clients and serves as the point of origin in understanding how the web site/application is laid out. It serves as the general guide in highlighting the section, subsection, and individual pages of the project. It's also at this stage that we begin to identify and suggest sources for the collection of content to populate the site, including but not limited to text, images, databases or directories, and other data.
